Arab Steel Fabrication ASF - El Sewedy Industries

Arab Steel Fabrication Co. (ASF) was founded in 1997 and offers a wide range of steel construction products, sheet metal works, OHTT, telecommunication poles, grating, and galvanizing services. As a general contractor, we delivered a complete, fully automated, encapsulated galvanising plant (pre-treatment, transport and crane technology, zinc dust filter, galvanizing furnace, dryer, and zinc ash furnace). The installation and commissioning were carried out by KVK Koerner specialists in October 2021.

Our subcontractors:

• Scheffer Krantechnik GmbH for the transport and crane technology
• ANI Metal for the thermal part: gas galvanizing furnace and dryer, zinc dust filter, and zinc ash furnace

Special feature:

• Complete pickling tank assembly on-site
• Zinc ash furnace (delivered for the first time)

Kettle size: 16.0 x 2.0 x 3.3 m

Galvanizing: power and lighting poles, gratings, pipe system, tanks, etc.
