A key advantage of the KVK Float System: it can be applied directly to walkable fresh concrete before full curing. No sandblasting is required, which saves time and reduces costs. Application is also possible at low temperatures, allowing flexible use throughout the year. The coating cures within 24 hours, resulting in minimal downtime.

Strong adhesion – low thermal expansion

The coating adheres excellently to concrete, steel, and other substrates with minimal surface preparation. Thanks to its glass fiber-reinforced structure, it not only offers mechanical stability but also features up to six times lower thermal expansion compared to thermoplastic coatings. This ensures long-lasting protection and dimensionally stable surfaces.

Low-maintenance and easy to repair

In the event of damage, the KVK Float System can be repaired locally and easily. This extends the service life of the system and reduces maintenance costs.

The quality of the KVK Float System is TÜV-certified and holds official construction approval from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt). This ensures compliance with the requirements of the German Water Resources Act (WHG) and provides certified safety for environmental protection.
