Our enclosures offer comprehensive solutions for hot-dip galvanising plants, pipe pickling plants and stainless steel pickling plants. The innovative encapsulation of the pre-treatment not only minimises emissions, but also protects the environment and employees.

Technical details and innovation

The enclosed pre-treatment areas are designed as a ‘hall within a hall’, specially developed to protect the remaining production areas from the extreme conditions caused by acid vapours. They consist of acid-resistant panels that are mounted on a robust steel structure and have an additional acid-resistant coating on the inside. This guarantees long-term resistance to chemical and environmental influences.

Protection of critical system components

The crane systems running outside the enclosure are protected by our patented sealing system in the enclosure ceiling, through which only the ropes and chains of the cranes pass. The crane slots are precisely sealed with this system to prevent vapours from escaping and to protect the crane systems from corrosion. This encapsulated design keeps sensitive parts such as motors, sensors and electronics safely outside the emission zone.

Fire resistance and adaptability

The enclosures are available in various fire protection classes, including high quality classes such as A2. This flexibility allows the enclosures to be customised according to each customer's safety requirements and local regulations.

Thermal stability and insulation

By using sandwich panels, our enclosures provide excellent thermal insulation. This prevents deformation caused by temperature fluctuations and minimises the formation of condensation inside the enclosure.

Complex air routing concept

The customised design of each enclosure includes a sophisticated air routing concept that, together with strategically placed air inlets and extraction positions, enables efficient control and cleaning of the air flows.
