The integration of heat exchangers in our exhaust air scrubbers enables the recovery of heat that would otherwise be lost. This leads to considerable energy savings and a rapid amortisation of the system investment, with energy savings and a reduction in CO₂ emissions.

- Full load with open doors: 100% extraction volume approx. 2 minutes per incoming material
- Partial load with closed doors: 60% extraction volume
- Power consumption at partial load: approx. 22% of the full load energy (0.6³ = 21.6%)
Energy saving heat recovery scrubber with extraction volume 35,000 m³/h:
- Average annual output 76 kW
- Annual energy savings depending on current prices
- Amortisation period of ~ 1.5 years
- CO₂ emission savings per year ~ 148,200 kg/a
