Norgalv
The first fully automated hot-dip galvanizing plant in North Bay, Canada, was built between June and December 2020. This project sets new standards in quality and environmental protection for the galvanizing industry in Canada. As general contractor, we supplied the complete, fully automated plant.
Among other components, the plant includes pre-treatment tanks (8.0 × 1.4 × 3.5 m), a zinc kettle (8.35 × 1.4 × 3.5 m), a quenching tank, heating plates, jig supports, exhaust air system, maintenance walkways, and a 100% sealed KVK Enclosure.
