A European showcase project for modern and sustainable hot-dip galvanizing.

Otto Lehmann GmbH is a manufacturer of high-quality drainage systems and roofing products, with extensive experience in hot-dip galvanizing and coating technologies. The project was successfully completed and commissioned in July 2024.

Installed components include:

• Hybrid galvanizing furnace (7.0 x 1.6 x 3.2 m)
• Enclosed pre-treatment with scrubber system
• Tank dimensions (7.25 x 1.6 x 3.2 m)
• Zinc bath enclosure
• Enclosed post-treatment section
• Zinc dust filter system
• 2x CHP (combined heat and power plants)
• High-end crane system
• Acid management system
