Central control and monitoring

At the heart of KVK Control is the central control cabinet, which contains all the regulation and control elements for the level control, temperature control and exhaust air system. From here, data can be stored, transferred and exchanged with other systems, enabling comprehensive control and optimization of the overall process.

Visualization and user-friendliness

The KVK Control user interface allows users to monitor and adjust all relevant parameters and track process progress in real time. Operation is via touchscreen, with dynamic graphics displaying the operating status of the individual system components.

Remote maintenance and safety features

Every KVK Control is equipped with a remote maintenance system as standard, enabling our technicians to provide global support. Automatic warning and alarm messages as well as the documentation of every intervention through individual user passwords guarantee maximum operational safety.

Energy efficiency and environmental protection

The exhaust air system is controlled by a differential pressure sensor, which automatically adjusts the extraction rate as required to save energy. The system also enables wastewater-free operation by automatically returning the acid-enriched washing liquid.

Automated process optimization

KVK Control automatically adjusts the bath temperature and is able to optimize pickling times fully automatically. This intelligent control leads to a noticeable reduction in material and energy consumption and supports sustainable operating practices.
